My personal and professional experience and training enable me to offer four distinct services under the name of Arrow Services.

I have enjoyed a career in Health and Social Care for over 25 years, working in the East and West Midlands.

I started my working life as a speech and language therapist in  Leicester and Leicestershire. I am experienced in working with people with a variety of speech and language impairments.

From 1995 - 2006 I worked as a support worker/advocate in three different organisations working alongside people with a variety of health conditions and/or disabilities and their families.

In 2003 I qualified as a Counsellor at Leicester University and since then have worked with people of varying ages and from different backgrounds at the Leicester Counselling Centre and as a counsellor and mental health worker at two local Colleges of Further Education and in private practice.

I have personal experience of disability and understand how that affects life choices in all areas and impacts on family and friends......
